About us 
International Liquid Charterers (ILC) B.V. was founded in 1997 to provide brokerage and port agency services to several tanker owners. With our head office in Alblasserdam and branch-office in Antwerp we serve the ports of Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Dordrecht, Moerdijk, Antwerp and Ghent.


ILC provides all-round, 24-hour agency and shipbroking services to ship owners, brokers and charterers, mainly focused on liquid cargo. Besides regular ILC customers, the company is obviously open to new impulses from the shipping trade and chemical industry.

Our aim is to provide our customers with quality service. As we mainly deal with dangerous liquids, ILC believes quality and accuracy are of great importance to our customers and vital to improve the performance of vessels.
